During the in-person New Student Orientation, you will: 

• Learn about the many resources and support services available to help you be successful. 
• Connect with faculty, staff, current students, and new students just like you.  
• Familiarize yourself with the Galveston College campus. 

When you attend an in-person New Student Orientation, you will receive free food and a swag bag! 

The online New Student Orientation can be found in the Whitecaps Portal in the Student Orientation section. The online version takes about 45 minutes to complete.
