Requirements and procedures for establishing a new student organization, student organization rules and regulations, and student advisory guidelines are also available in the Office of Student Activities.
Club and Organization Registration Information
Event approval is required for ALL on/off campus activities. The paperwork that may be required for an event: fundraiser/activity request, public affairs request, an event flyer, a service request, and an expenditure form. Please consult with your advisor regarding ALL on/off campus events. The approval process may take up to 3 weeks, so please submit your request in a timely manner.
All travel must be approved by the Vice President of Student Services and the Coordinator of Student Activities. Please complete the Student Trip request at least 3 weeks prior to travel.
