Official/Unofficial transcripts may be requested in person, by mail or via fax. Transcript requests will not be accepted via telephone or email (unless emailing an attached request in writing). All transcript requests require the student's written signature.
There is no charge for transcripts (unless utilizing express delivery). If the student chooses to utilize an express delivery option, it is his/her responsibility to contact the appropriate service, pay all delivery costs, and arrange for the transcript to be picked up at the Admissions Office.
Transcript requests are processed in 4-5 business days, except during peak times (graduation, registration, end of semester). Transcripts are then available for pick up at Admissions or can be mailed. If picking up a transcript at Admissions, a photo ID is required.
How to request your transcript
Students may request a transcript by using the online Transcript Request Form. You may also submit a request in writing with the following information:
1. Your name at the time of attendance
2. Social security or Student ID Number
Dates you attended Galveston College 4.
Complete address of where to send your transcripts
5. Signature (required)
6. Contact information
