VHA Inc. 07/1997 - 08/1999 Membership Management Specialist Participated in the ground floor development and implementation of a national web-based consumer health information product (laurushealth.com). Took part in a team which analyzed consumer demand/target market, developed the product name and logo, and created pricing models. Designed an Access database including forms and reports developed to track communications and interactions with over 3,000 physicians and 500 hospital systems.
The Richards Group 07/1996 - 05/1997 Account Executive Served as the account executive for Wyndham Hotels Garden properties, coordinating advertising activies for 47 hotels. Managed a $1.5 million advertising budget as well as related billing activities. Worked with local hotel managers to determine individual market needs and facilitated production of collateral advertising.
