Galveston College student Vaughn Stockton is congratulated by Maria Tripovich, Director of the Office of Development and Galveston College Foundation for receiving the Hodge Scholarship. Mr. Stockton is majoring in Humanities.
Register For 2014 Fall Classes Now
Early Registration for the 2014 fall semester is now in progress. Early registration hours for fall classes are 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
General Registration for the fall semester will be held August 18 through August 21 from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Late Registration will be held Friday, August 22 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, August 23, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Fall semester classes begin August 25. New Student Orientation
New Student Orientation is required for all first time, full-time entering students registering for credit classes. All students are welcome and encouraged to attend. Students may choose either a face-to-face or online orientation. The schedule of face-to-face sessions is listed below.

Orientation sessions provide students with information on the many services available at Galveston College. In addition qualified students are also able to register early for courses.
Galveston College has created an online version of the New Student Orientation in an effort to better serve our students. However, only eligible students will have access to the online orientation session. Students must have applied to Admissions and received their GC student ID number before being able to login to the Angel system to complete the orientation. If you do not know your GC student ID number, please contact the Admissions Office for assistance at 409-944-1230.
