Registration for Summer II and Fall Classes Continues
Early Registration for the 2014 Summer II session, as well as the 2014 Fall semester is now in progress. General registration for Summer II will be held July 6 through July 8 and late registration will be held July 9. Registration hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Summer II session classes begin July 14, and the Fall semester classes begin August 25. For more information, call the Counseling Center at 409-944-1220.
Galveston College ATC Plans Open House on July 2
The new Galveston College Charlie Thomas Family Applied Technology Center will hold an Open House for the public on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The open house event at 7626 Broadway on Galveston Island will feature faculty and staff connected to the Center’s programs of Cosmetology, Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Electrical and Electronics Technology, Welding Technology and Medical Administration and Medical Coding.
Visitors will have an opportunity to tour the facilities and talk one on one with the faculty and counselors connected to the programs. Call 409-944-1401 for more information

Leadership Galveston 2014-15
The new Leadership Galveston class is forming. The class starts on Friday September 19, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Follow up sessions are October 17, November 14, December 12, January 16, February 20 and March 13.
